(Asn370) Tyrosinase 368-376 Peptide, YMNGTMSQV, is a melanoma epitope of tyrosine founded in 40% of Caucasian. This skin cancer tumor antigenic peptide found in tyrosinase fragment presented in HLA-A2 class Imolecule to CTLs. This membrane bounded protein involve in the melanin syntehsis pathway that is expressed by virtually all primary melanoma lesions and by most of metastatic lesions.
